Steve is Indiana born and raised. Graduated from Indiana University in 2010 and Nova Southeastern University in 2013 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree.
He has practiced in home health and outpatient settings since his graduation and specializes in working with a geriatric population. Steve’s approach combines the old school practices of a house call + connection with a smart phone application to get you back as fast as possible.
Him and his wife have two beautiful children.
Opportunity PT is only in-network with traditional Medicare. If you have traditonal Medicare you are covered between 80%-100%. We are out of network with all other plans, including Medicare Advantage plans.
The costs are $150 per session for out of network clients, we can help you submit the claim to your insurance for reimbursement. Each visit includes a week of Digital Coaching. Most Plans of care are 2-8 Visits.
OPT is not the cheapest option, but we are the best in the area. Our emphasis on exercise programs combined with digital coaching helps you accomplish in 4 or 5 visits what other clinics accomplish in 12 visits. Factoring in your copays, deductibles, and time spent in therapy…. OPT is the best choice in town when it comes to overall value.
